Email the studio ↗Fire a beam across a grid, rotate mirrors and prisms to bend it, and light every target in its own colour. Tap a piece to turn it — that is the only control in the game.
Par is the fewest taps a level can possibly be solved in — and it is not an estimate. Before the game shipped, every level was solved exhaustively by computer, testing every possible combination of piece orientations. Par is the proven minimum. Match it and you earn three diamonds.
Every tenth level is a boss: a larger grid, more pieces, and often a second emitter firing a second beam. On the later bosses a containment rule also applies — no beam may escape the board at all, which is shown as “NO LEAKS” under the level name.
Yes. Every level is guaranteed solvable from exactly the position it starts in — this is verified automatically for all 100 levels before each release, so you are never facing an impossible board. Tap ? in-game for a reminder of what each piece does, or ↺ to reset the level and try a different route.
None of those. There is no timer, no lives system, no energy meter and nothing that stops you playing or asks you to wait. Take as long as you like.
Progress is stored on your device and survives app updates. Deleting the app deletes it. If you sign in for the leaderboard, your progress is also saved to your account and comes back when you sign in on another device — but signing in is entirely optional, and without it your progress stays on that one device.
No. Every level ships inside the app and all of them are playable in aeroplane mode. The only part that uses the network is the optional leaderboard — if you never sign in, Beamfall makes no network requests at all. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
From version 1.2 there are ads — full-screen, between levels, never during one, and never in your first few levels. A single one-off purchase removes them permanently. It is not a subscription, there is nothing else to buy, and all 500 levels are free either way. See our privacy policy for exactly what the ads collect and how to opt out.
Open Settings from the gear in the top-right corner of the title screen and tap Restore Purchase. The App Store or Play Store confirms the purchase from the account you bought it with, so make sure you are signed in with that same account. This works on a brand-new install with no Beamfall account at all. If it still does not restore, email us and we will sort it out.
Yes. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent before any ad loads, and declining is honoured. On iPhone you are also asked through Apple's own tracking prompt — decline it and you still get ads, just non-personalised ones. You can change that any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Email info@ptriinnovation.com. If it is about a specific level, please include the level number and, if you can, a screenshot — it makes the problem much faster to find.
Write to us and a person will read it. Include the product name and, if something broke, what you were doing at the time.
